FLY EVENTS : SOCIALIZE

Fly Fitness is all about balance. We love to work hard and play hard!

Each month you will find us doing special events, whether it be for charity or just for fun. Some of our events include...

• Fitness Field Trips- examples: snowshoeing, hiking, rock climbing

• Cycling For Charity (all proceeds go to our charity of choice)

• Theme Nights- Examples: Biking to Britney, Pedaling to Prince, So You Think You Can Dance

• Creative Classes- Examples: Surf and Turf (stand-up paddle surfing and yoga), Now and Zen (strength training and yoga)

• No Sweat Soirees- No work, just play! Examples: Shopping Soiree (local boutique sets up shop at Fly), Nutrition Chats and Life Coach Workshops.

• Sporty Soiree Sleepovers- A weekend of fun! Example: Classes at Fly Fitness and a Sleepover at the Woodmark Hotel (which is located next door)
